Our team is growing and we are currently seeking an experienced** Payroll Systems Support Officer **at our **Macquarie Park **office** (in Sydney)**, for a **Full Time, 12 month Fixed Term contract** role.

Reporting to the Payroll Accountant, you will be responsible for supporting the payroll operations team including reporting, position management, compensation management, employee relationship management and ad-hoc tasks as required.

We currently use CHRIS21 and experience with CHRIS21 or iCHRIS is preferred but we are also open to anyone with experience on a similar comprehensive payroll processing system and willing to be trained on CHRIS21.

**The Position**:

- Prepare and upload super file to clearing house, then organising the payment
- Checking and re-banking the returned super
- Reconcile and process portable LSL levy payment and claims
- Complete month end processing tasks
- Create new job/task (cost centre) records and positions as requested by payroll operation team or finance team
- Prepare and run the ad hoc reports as requested.
- Ensure the accurate and timely payment of superannuation and other payments, while meeting internal and external reporting deadlines

**Minimum Criteria**:

- Provide exceptional customer service to all stake holders
- Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Willingness to work in an office environment
- Knowledge of Payroll/HR using a comprehensive payroll processing system such as CHRIS21/iCHRIS (ideal) or similar (SAP ECP, Preceda, ADP, etc)
- Willing to be trained on CHRIS21/iChris

**Desirable Criteria**:

- Strong Excel skills (formulas and pivot tables)
- Experience using Kronos (UKG)
