Little Palace inspired by Montessori Junior is a 36-place center that offers a comprehensive range of services to families within the Gymea/Sutherland Shire surrounding community. The service opens from 7.30am to 6.00pm and meets the needs of children between the ages of 0-6 years.

**Essential criteria of selection**:

- Have completed or are working towards completing an Approved / ACECQA Recognised Certificate III or Diploma in Children's Services
- Hold a Current Working with Children’s Check
- Permanent Residency status in Australia

**Desirable criteria of selection**:

- An ability to respond creatively to new situations and to embrace change
- An ability to communicate effectively

**Specification**

The successful applicants must:

- Demonstrate their abilities to work independently and as part of a team
- Be flexible and responsive in relation to problem solving and meeting stakeholder needs
- Demonstrate a commitment to continuously improve in all areas of the service’s operation
- Understand and adheres to our organisational policies and procedures.

Part-time hours: 20-38 per week

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
