Complete Steering Australia provides commercial truck and bus steering services and products for all makes.

**THE OPPORTUNITY**

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Plan and schedule production for the workshop.
- Provide technical advice to customer's and OEMs.
- Perform quality checks with the workshop team.
- Manage warranty claims and reporting.
- Maintain strong working relationships with customers and OEMs.
- Lead, coach, train and assist the workshop team.
- Diagnose, build, assemble, test, maintain and repair power steering components for internal and external customers.
- Maintain accuracy of all job cards and test reports.

**To be successful, you will have/be**:

- Prior experience leading a team.
- Experience managing a workshop and/or production schedules.
- Strong communication and ability to prioritise work.
- Heavy vehicle licence.
- Diesel mechanic qualification (preferred not essential).
