**About the role**

Reporting to the Early Careers Program Manager, you will provide and support the coordination for a range of activities under the Babcock Australasia Early Careers program, supporting the organisational development (OD) team and wider business to ensure our program is delivered as per required standards and strategies.

**Some key responsibilities are, but not limited to**:

- Schedule activities and coordinate resources as defined in the Early Careers program plan
- Liaise with participants, line managers, mentors and other internal stakeholders to keep all informed of upcoming program activities and milestones
- Maintain and update Early Careers collateral, records and Sharepoint site to ensure accurate information is available to all stakeholders
- Monitor the program spend against agreed budgets, administer purchase orders, arrange invoices and payments to suppliers
- Support with tracking and maintaining performance and quality metrics, to measure the success of early careers programs and business impact
- Whilst the preference is for this role to be Adelaide based, we will consider other base locations - WA, NSW or VIC._

**About you**

You will bring your demonstrated administration or coordination experience from within a talent, learning, OD or HR function, along with an awareness of early career foundations and programs.

Your attention to detail, ability to monitor and report against a project plan, and tenacity to build strong relationships with key business stakeholders will see you excel in this role.
