Join Our Friendly Team in Long Jetty

We're seeking a welcoming and organized receptionist to be the heart of our vibrant Long Jetty office. As the first point of contact, you'll create a positive impression for every client and visitor.

Your Role Will Involve:

- Providing exceptional customer service
- Supporting our Sales and Property Management teams with administrative duties
- Answering and directing calls, taking detailed messages
- Assisting with office upkeep and reporting maintenance needs
- Responding to customer inquiries
- Maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor

We're Looking For Someone Who:

- Ideally has experience in real estate or customer service
- Possesses excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Is empathetic, calm under pressure, and respects client confidentiality
- Is a self-starter with strong organizational abilities
- Takes initiative to improve processes
- Is computer savvy and eager to learn new software
- Holds a current property certificate of registration
- Driver's license and own vehicle

Nice to have:

- Prior real estate experience
- Experience with Rex Software and/or Console Cloud

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Long Jetty, NSW 2261: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- MS Office: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
