**In this role, you'll**:
You will be working as part of the Property, Planning and Environment team within the Legal Branch of Transport for NSW. You will work as part of a job share role - working 2 days a week (Tuesday and one other day).

You will support the Senior Lawyers and Lawyers on conducting legal research and analysis, preparing legal documents, filing case-related materials and attending meetings on requests.

You will also gain exposure to other Legal Teams at Transport including Employment and Safety, Commercial and Technology, Construction and Major Projects, and Government Regulatory and Prosecutions.

**About you**

You are ideally a law student who is currently completing your degree and looking to gain some part time experience to compliment your studies. You may also have some legal experience either in a law firm or inhouse.

You will have good knowledge and experience using all MS suite products and have a proactive attitude towards work. You will also have excellent communications skills both written and verbal and be able to work collaboratively with a busy and high performing team.
