An excellent opportunity has arisen for a lawyer to join the NSW Department of Customer Service (DCS) in its specialist Corporate + Commercial + Digital Legal team.

As a Solicitor in the DCS Legal Corporate + Commercial + Digital team, you will be joining a passionate, motivated, and engaged group of professionals providing strategic and pragmatic advice on a broad range of corporate/commercial/ICT matters, customer and digital transformation initiatives, new products/apps and platform development, cyber security and privacy, interagency agreements and whole of government procurement projects across all business units/agencies within the DCS cluster. You will work in collaboration with other lawyers in the team, your manager and clients, to explore business focused solutions.

**About You**
- You must hold an Australian Practising Certificate under the Legal Profession Uniform Law (NSW).
- You will have relevant post qualification experience in private, corporate or government practice in corporate/commercial or transactional matters.
- You will have a collaborative approach with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- You will be a commercially focused team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment.

Salary Grade 7/8, with the base salary for this role starting at $101947 base plus superannuation
