As a Consultant in the Staff and Duty Travel team you will be responsible for responding to all incoming Qantas Group employee and business manager queries received in relation to staff and duty travel benefits as well as create, manage and refund Qantas and interline bookings as required. You will provide an exceptional level of service and knowledge of the Staff Travel and Duty Travel Program Conditions, and help drive a continuous improvement culture.

What you’ll bring to the role:
- Relevant Fares & Ticketing Certificate, IATA Fares and Ticketing 1 & 2 or equivalent Tertiary Certificate or previous airline experience in Reservations and Ticketing- Commitment to customer service excellence, and the ability to work effectively in a contact centre environment- Technical experience in Airline Reservation and Ticketing systems, familiarity with Amadeus advantageous- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Strong accuracy and attention to detail with a methodical approach- Analytical, problem solving skills with the ability to manage conflicting tasks with a high level of accuracy- Ability to maintain discretion and exercise strict confidentiality in a complex organisation-
