Accounts Payable Officer

Clough has an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Payable Officer to join the Accounting Shared Services team in Perth In this role, you will effectively manage end-to-end Accounts Payable (AP) operations, including high-volume processing, deadlines, and reconciliations.

Your focus will include:
- Accounts payable data entry- Accounts payable reconciliation- Payment selection and EFT preparation- Liaising with project staff regarding invoice approvals- Liaising with suppliers regarding queries- Distributing invoices for approval- Reconciling statements- Supplier Bank Account Setup- Processing and Reconciliation of Staff Expenses
What you will bring to the team:
- A positive attitude, exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills- Prior experience in an Accounts Payable role using a large ERP system.- Ability to build rapport with internal staff and external suppliers.- Advanced MS Office suite skill; proficient with Microsoft Excel- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
