**St Patrick’s Green Aged Care is a modern, new build with a lovely outdoor area and community feel. There is parking on site, easy access to trains and buses and a nice walk to town centre.**
We are looking to grow our team and are seeking a **Lifestyle Assistant** to work Monday to Friday.

**Your New Role**
You will get to join a team who are united in providing exceptional care to our residents and support to their families.
What Your New Role Looks Like:
- Providing a range of support and socialisation through the coordination and delivery of social, leisure and lifestyle activities and programs to promote wellbeing for residents.
- Ensuring detailed documentation is updated
- Building and maintaining strong relationships within the business, with our residents and family members
- Adhering to health and safety guidelines and policies to keep yourself and our residents safe
- Providing meaningful experiences which enable our residents to thrive and live their best lives
**About You**
Above all, you will align to our **Values of Bold, Warm and Honest**. You will be able to demonstrate empathy and the ability to provide excellent care for your residents.
Does this sound like you?
- A warm, compassionate, and reliable team member
- An interest in working within the Aged Care sector in a client facing role
- Previous experience working within Events, Wellbeing or Lifestyle programs would be highly regarded but not mandatory
- Relevant qualifications eg: Certificate IV in Leisure and Health - strongly preferred but not required
- Have a drivers licence and a reliable car
- Fully Vaccinated for COVID 19 and 2023 Influenza
