Due to growth, we are looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join our client. This local business is known for providing excellent and reliable service in the automotive industry.

**About the role**

**Duties**
- Providing the ultimate customer service experience to our clients face-to-face
- Building and maintaining positive customer and employee relationships
- Maintaining regular contact with our customers to provide updates
- Communicating with internal department teams to make sure all work is completed and ready on time for our customers as promised
- Handling customer concerns and complaints with prompt solution-based outcomes
- Eagerness to learn and grow, while being humble when mistakes are made
- Offering accurate estimates for customers requiring additional work or repairs

**Skills and experience**
- Previous experience in a similar role, ideally in light or heavy vehicles
- Mechanic qualifications are highly regarded
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong communication skills - both written and verbal
- Sound organizational skills and time management
- Ability to maintain and exceed expectations.
- Someone who can work autonomously but thrives when part of a team.
