You will be responsible for ensuring an efficient service is provided to our clients in order to meet client needs and demands of the business.

**About The Role
As a member of the Grace Records Management team you will be providing premium customer service and account management to some of Australia’s leading organisations and government agencies.

The duties will include:

- Maintaining high profile account service delivery
- Daily record management and security of client records to ensure compliant delivery and storage.
- Processing and retrieval of valuable information and document management of client requests
- Working with computer technology with scanners, PCs, etc.

**About You
To be considered for this role, you will have the following:

- Work nightshift hours - 8pm to 4am
- LO licence essential.
- Be hard working and reliable.
- Be physically fit to perform manual handling tasks.
- Have good computer literacy skills.
- Warehouse experience.
- LF licence desirable.
- Work well under pressure and be a good team player.

Training will be provided to the successful applicant.
