We administer a property fund that specialises in purchasing, developing and reselling residential/commercial properties. Currently we are looking for a Conveyancer who will have the overall responsibility for the entire transactional process of the properties acquired by the company.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Opening, closing and managing residential and commercial conveyancing files
- Preparation of sale and auction contracts, section 32 statements, transfer of land contracts and caveats
- Liaising with external parties including real estate agents and other law firms
- Advising on a wide range of property-related matters, including property transactions and development projects.
- Conducting due diligence on property transactions, including reviewing contracts and conducting title searches.
- Providing legal advice in relation to tax and stamp duty matters.
- Keeping up-to-date with changes in property law and providing advice accordingly.

**Requirements**:

- A licensed conveyancer in Victoria with over 5 years of experience or a lawyer specialising in property law
- Experience handling conveyancing files from start to finish
- Ability to handle trust accounts
- Conversant in PEXA
- Strong understanding of property law and regulations.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $75,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 25 per week
