A position has become available for an experienced ICT leader to join the ICT team in our West Perth head office.

**Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will l**ead the Technology team to deliver successful information, communication and network solutions and projects to the ConsMin business whilst supporting the Australia Leadership Team**.**
- Lead Information Communication Technology (ICT) team culture and support it to deliver success for all projects involving ICT.
- Ensure Technology Infrastructure strategy is developed and implemented to support the organisation’s operational and strategic goals.
- Ensure Technology Governance Control protocol is developed, internally assessed and meets industry standards.
- Safeguard Telecommunications infrastructure operates efficiently and effectively.
- Develop and maintain Technology component of Business Continuity Plan & Disaster Recovery Plan.
- Manage Technology spend is measured against the budget.
- Maintain and improve network design and infrastructure.
- Keep age of PC’s to < 4 years or under warranty.

**Skills and experience required to be successful in this role**:

- Industry relevant tertiary qualification
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar position
- Experienced in Network infrastructure design and maintenance.
- Microsoft or Cisco Certification
- Exposure to IT and OT systems Inc. but not limited to; UHF, Solar, Fleet Management, Process Control
- Good interpersonal skills shown especially in a professional standard of verbal interaction with people inside and outside of the business.
- National Police Clearance (or willing to apply)
- Clean and Valid C class driver’s license
