Membercare Manager

Boasting a premium brand and an amazing reputation, Elixr is one of the most successful Health Clubs operating in the Eastern Suburbs. Operating since 2004, the Bondi Junction club is one of the largest luxury clubs in Sydney with 8 studios and a 25m heated indoor pool and set over 3000 sqms.

Elixr Health Clubs is on a search to find an experienced Membercare Manager to manage our Bondi Junction location, who will be responsible for (but not limited to);
- Contacting members cancellation requests and working within a budget
- Responsibility for maintaining pre-set retention targets
- Manage all administrative duties relating to member enquiries
- Provide leadership and support to the reception team
- Supporting the club manager in all areas of club operations.

The person we seek must possess a can do attitude, find no task too big and most importantly thrive on working under pressure and deadlines.

The key performance objective of the role is to provide support to the club manager across all operation areas, managing cancellation requests, administration support to the club, key club personnel, and of course provide exceptional service to our valued members.

Do you also possess the following?
- Leadership, recruitment, training and performance management experience
- Previous administration experience in a fast paced service industry environment (health club, leisure or hospitality industries preferred).
- Multi-Tasker: Exceptional organisation and time management skills
- Maturity and confidence in dealings with members, staff and suppliers
- Decisive and ability to 'think' on your feet
- Excellent communication and numeracy skills
- Openness and eagerness to learn

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $64,999.00 per year

Expected hours: 38 per week
