What does the job look like?

We are looking for an experienced administrator to join the team at Essendon Fields. Key areas:

- Perform document control tasks for the Business Process Management System (BPMS)
- Coordinate document reviews for BPMS documentation ensuring review timelines are met
- Coordinate quality assurance reviews, version control, desktop publishing and records management
- Coordinate the annual review of Contract Management Plans and maintain the Contract Management Plan and correspondence registers
- Provide FoxShare assistance in resolving requests sent to the Defence FoxShare Admin mailbox and working with internal G&D teams to develop their FoxShare sites

Are you the one?

You have previous administration experience and are proficient in Microsoft programs. You can demonstrate:

- Experience in an administrative or support function
- Experience using SharePoint
- Microsoft Word experience including developing templates, using styles and document formatting
- Previous experience in a document control/quality assurance role (desirable)
- Graphic design experience (desirable)
