**Introduction**:
Conveniently located on Scottsdate Drive, Robina, this brand new Early Learning Centre has been custom-designed to meet the evolving learning needs of children six weeks to six years of age.
As you enter our beautiful centre, you’ll find our state-of-the-art Chef’s kitchen and culinary lesson area, as well as our parent lounge where families can connect or meet with educators over fresh barista coffee and a baked treat. Our learning hubs are bright and inviting, filled with rich, warm timber resources and innovative educational materials. Each hub leads out to a wonderful outdoor space, where children can enjoy countless hours of fun on the bike track, in the cubbyhouse, or caring for our edible gardens.

About the role
- Able to plan, implement and evaluate programs through your strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
- Capable to engage children through activities and experiences appropriate for age groups and stages of development
- Prior leadership experience in mentoring educators to meet high standards of curriculum and documentation
- Team player who is open to different views, receptive to feedback and reflects upon best practice
- Mature and Professional approach
- Experience working within a Nursery setting and children aged 0-2 years
- Oversight to ensure your room is immaculately presented as a welcoming and safe environment
- Able to work on rotating shifts, Monday to Friday between 6.30 am - 6.30 pm

**Qualifications**:

- Holds an ACECQA-approved Diploma OR Bachelor qualification
- Current Working with Children's Check (Blue card)
- Current Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR and First Aid Certificates or willingness to obtain one
- Current Child Protection Training or willingness to obtain one
