**Cricket Star Academy** is part of **Sport Star Academy (SSA)**, a leading provider of sporting programs in schools across Australia, providing weekly skill based sports programs for more than one million Australian children and counting.

With all coaching equipment, class curriculum and uniforms provided, Cricket Star Academy is looking to hire casual coaching staff across Caroline Springs, Thornhill Park & Taylors Hill area for its junior cricket programs.

Working with children between the ages of 5-15 years to help teach and develop their cricket skills while providing a fun environment.

**Requirements include**:

- Working with players aged 5-14 at all levels.
- Flexibility to work days, evenings and weekends
- Previous coaching is experience is a **MUST.**:

- Coaches **MUST **Level 1 Cricket Australia Coaching Accreditation
- Coaches **MUST **have a valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) for Australia.
- Coaches **MUST** be authorised to work in Australia.
- Coaches **MUST **have a drivers licences & own transport **(essential for the job).**:

- Coaches **MUST **pass a National Police / Criminal History Check
- Coaches **MUST** have First Aid Certificate

**Key Selection Criteria**:

- Have at least 1-2 years coaching experience (at youth level preferred)
- Be passionate about cricket
- Possess strong communication skills
- Have the ability to create a fun and high energy environment for children
- Be able to work independently & is self motivated
- reliable and able to commit to at least 6-12 months

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 per week

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Evening shift
- Weekend availability

Licence/Certification:

- Working with Children Check (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Work Location: In person
