Adecco are currently recruiting for an Accessory Fitter or someone mechanically minded willing to learn to work in the workshop fitting 4WD and vehicle accessories like snorkels, tow bars, bull bars, canopies, bike carriers, camping solutions etc. It is a permanent role and will be located in the Northern Beaches area. Monday - Friday - 8am - 5pm - 1 hour for lunch each day - 40 hour per week paying $70k - $90k base plus super and this is based on experience and some overtime available. You will be joining a local family business who are market leaders in the accessory fitting industry and who provide a supportive and collaborative work environment.

They offer a range of brands that are at the forefront of the market and have a reputation for being reliable and of top quality. They offer 4WD gear, bike carriers, caravan towing solutions, roof racks, tow bars, bull bars, tradesman fitouts, vehicle fitouts and camping solutions.

**Description**
- Fitting accessories and parts as per work instruction
- Working with and assisting all workshop team members to achieve common goals
- Assisting with parts procurement when required
- Liaising with Workshop Manager and sales team to assist with workshop scheduling and time management
- Following all workshop WHS and SOP procedures.
- Caring for, and looking after all workshop tools and equipment.
- Keeping the workshop clean and tidy.
- Fitting of Suspension and GVM upgrades are another part of our business having experience in this field would be viewed favorably

**Profile**

**Qualification**

Mechanical Qualification would be helpful but not essential

**Technical Experience**
- Experience in the 4WD, general automotive industry or someone mechanically minded
- A strong safety mindset
- Hold a current driver's license.
- Strong team building skills and able to work with others
- To be able to deliver jobs upon time constraints
- Automotive electrical wiring experience/knowledge is preferred or the ability to learn
- Be able to maintain a clean, organised & safe work place.
- Experience in a fast-paced, highly active workshop environment
- Strong self-motivation with the desire to succeed
- The ability to work individually without constant direction
- Willingness to learn
- Great communication skills

**Job Offer**
- Fantastic salary - $70,000 - $90,000 plus super (based on experience)
- Training provided for someone mechanically minded
