As a System Analyst, you will work closely with our internal stakeholders, clients, and development team to gather requirements, oversee system improvements, and ensure the ongoing maintenance of our proprietary ERP and IT systems. You will be responsible for coordinating updates, managing IT infrastructure, and ensuring the business’s technical needs are met effectively.
This is a crucial role, offering the opportunity to work with the latest technologies and directly impact our business processes. You will be involved in a range of activities, from system analysis to network management, providing you with a comprehensive and rewarding role.
**Key Accountabilities include, but are not limited to**:
- System Maintenance: Coordinate with the development team to plan and manage regular system updates, patches, and enhancements.
- Technical Support: Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for system-related issues, ensuring mínimal downtime.
- Infrastructure Management: Oversee company servers, including Windows and Linux environments, ensuring consistent performance and security compliance.
- Data Storage Management: Manage NAS (Network-Attached Storage) and backup systems to ensure data security and integrity.
- SharePoint Administration: Manage and maintain SharePoint environments, ensuring proper file storage, sharing, and collaboration for all internal teams.
- User Access Management: Monitor and control access to IT systems, including setting up and managing user accounts and permissions.
- Documentation: Maintain up-to-date technical documentation, including systems architecture, processes, and configurations.
- Compliance: Ensure all IT operations comply with relevant regulatory and security standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the development team, and project managers to deliver seamless IT solutions.
**Skills & Experience Required**:
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a System Analyst or similar IT role.
- Solid knowledge of networking protocols, server management, and security best practices.
- Familiarity with SharePoint administration, including document management and user permissions.
- Experience managing NAS systems and server infrastructure (Windows and Linux).
- Strong understanding of cloud environments, including Hosting, AWS or Azure.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize workload effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Portuguese language skills will be considered a plus.
**To be considered for this opportunity, it is essential that you demonstrate the following**:
- Experience in managing and maintaining databases (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL).
- Experience in using Agile in project management.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Jenkins, IntelliJ, XCode, Android Studio).
- Experience working effectively with external consultants, executives, managers, and operational staff
- Must have an Australian Driver Licence
Pay: $67,194.34 - $100,000.00 per year
