We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic person to join our team. We are seeking an individual who has a passion for providing excellent patient care and is committed to achieving best outcomes for our patients.

**About the Role**

As a Medical Receptionist, your primary responsibilities will include patient preparation for procedures and bookings for all modalities. Answering calls, greeting patients, and taking payments. There is also the opportunity to cross-skill in other areas for leave cover.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greetings of patients on arrival
- Generation of patient bookings
- Data entry of patient record
- Medicare billing
- Liaison with referring Doctors and medical staff

**About You**
To be considered for this role, you will have the following:

- Experience in a similar role within radiology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Have the ability to work independently and/or as part of a team
- A passion to deliver outstanding patient care
- Knowledge of Medicare processes
