**Timetable Officer**:
Contract: 12 months, fixed term contract, 3 days per week

Location: Melbourne, Docklands

Salary Level: $88,339 - $101,590 pro-rata + 11% super

**About the role**:
We are looking for a Timetable Officer to join our Scheduling Services team at Monash College.

**About you**:
We are looking for a motivated and proactive individual with excellent stakeholder management skills, who can successfully manage competing priorities.
- Experience providing high quality, customer focused scheduling and coordination services, with effective computer and data entry skills using specialist scheduling software.
- Demonstrated organisational, problem solving and administrative skills with the ability to prioritise and meet competing deadlines
- Experience managing a high volume of work whilst maintaining strong attention to detail
- Highly developed verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
