**About the Role**:

- The Executive Assistant to the Mayor provides professional executive assistance and support to the Mayor of Liverpool by delivering high quality, accurate and timely delivery of all facets of work within the Office of the Mayor.

The Executive Assistant to the Mayor, is responsible to effectively manage the Mayor of Liverpool’s diary and communication with constituents, City stakeholders and leaders, and is responsible for the production and preparation of all correspondence, and the management and monitoring of systems and reporting.

This role is required to have exceptional stakeholder management and diplomacy skills and demonstrated experience providing executive support at a senior management level.
