Embroidery Machine Operator

Moorebank Uniforms & Embroidery (MUE) is a local run business with 50 years of specialisation in school uniforms and work wear. At MUE we keep almost everything in house from purchasing, production, marketing and sales. **The Role**

MUE is looking for an experienced embroidery machinist to operate our four-header machine. Our embroidery services facilitate in house production of school and workwear garments, all of which means we are able to produce garments locally here in Australia. MUE is looking for someone capable of operating efficiently in a fast-paced working environment.

**Responsibilities**
- Operation of a Tajima four head industrial embroidery machine
- Frame garments accurately and load machines
- General machine maintenance - oiling and tension adjustments
- May be required to work flexible hours during peak times
- “On your feet” job
- May be required to assist wider production team

**Skills**
- Reliable, with an efficient work ethic
- Attention to detail
- Reading and interpreting specification sheets
- Work autonomously and independently
