We are looking for a driven individual to join an established company working across finance and property development. Join an experienced team driving growth across several facets of their business. Taking on a role as a Mortgage Broker you will be the point of contact for the lending needs of customers. **About you**:

- Strong broking experience with your Certificate IV or Diploma in Mortgage Broking
- Integrity and a driven attitude to work autonomously driving business growth
- Excellent customer service skills and a high degree of professionalism
- Enjoys a challenge and solving problems with the ability to convert leads to loans
- Motivated and driven to build strong and ongoing relationships with clients and customers

**About the role**:

- Understanding clients’ goals, needs and loan borrowing capacity
- Building relationships with customers and referral partners
- Facilitate customer communication and correspondence
- Find appropriate loan solutions for customers, working with the support team analysing supplied documentation, matching to banks product and customer needs
