**About the role**
The IT Manager plays a crucial role in aligning technology with our organisational goals. The role will lead IT projects, uphold cybersecurity standards, and drive innovation to enhance our services. The IT Manager will ensure smooth operations, manage assets and budgets, and collaborate with stakeholders to keep NRCH at the forefront of continuous improvement. This work will directly contribute to advancing the quality of care we provide to our community.

Key Responsibilities:_**
- Lead the development and implementation of an IT strategy that aligns with NRCH’s organisational goals, ensuring technology drives performance and innovation.
- Oversee the IT department’s day-to-day operations, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment that delivers excellent user experience.
- Lead and deliver IT projects, ensuring they meet strategic objectives and are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
- Work with Executive and Senior Management teams and engage with external stakeholders to drive technology improvements and maintain strong partnerships.
**About you**

Your Skills and Experience:_**
- Proven experience leading an IT department, including network management, helpdesk services, and hardware/software administration.
- Certification or significant experience with MS Server environments, VMware, Microsoft 365, and Azure.
- Strong background in cybersecurity risk management, compliance, and business continuity planning.
- Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills, with a focus on achieving strategic goals.
- Experience in Project Management, IT Change Management, Contract Management, or within the Community/Not-for-Profit sector (desirable).
