**About the role**:
For us, this is a super exciting opportunity for someone to come and join our team.

Working in our beautiful, heritage listed CBD offices (as well as from home) you will:

- take control (with support from our Partners) of a “hot” desk where you will partner with a range of clients to help them source lawyers;
- work with a varied client base - a mix of law firm (top tier through to boutique) and corporate/government clients who we have partnered with for many years. Your job will be to get to know their business, become a trusted advisor and help to find them the best talent possible;
- be supported by the best cloud-based IT systems;
- actively network and promote our various sponsorships with Queensland Young Lawyers and the Association of Corporate Counsel;
- bring new ideas to the business - we are always interested in new ways of doing things;
- work closely with our two Partners who are heavily involved in recruitment day to day and will support your training, mentoring and development.

**About you**:
You could be a lawyer or law graduate who wants to do something different with their law degree, or a junior legal recruiter or a HR/recruitment professional in the legal industry.

You will be ambitious, resilient, have excellent communication skills and most importantly, a good sense of humour
