**Who are we?**

Macpac is New Zealand's original outdoor brand. Founded in Christchurch in 1973, we've made it our business to show people that life is better when you're outside. **To be successful in the role**

Assistant Store Managers are responsible for supporting store operations and assisting with leading our teams.
- Dedicated to building a “customer centric” culture to deliver the ultimate customer service experience every time
- Sharing your product knowledge and experience
- Leading, developing and motivating a team to meet their full potential
- Able to thrive in a fast paced and rapidly changing environment
- Experience in visual merchandising, stock control, health and safety, store security and basic financial reporting will be called upon regularly

**Having experience with outdoor clothing and equipment is preferred but not essential... a passion for the outdoors or travel is preferable.**
