**THE OPPORTUNITY**
TAFE NSW is looking for individuals with current industry expertise in Agriculture to join our team of teachers across NSW. The role of the TAFE Teacher as a professional educator is to help, construct, guide and enhance the educative process. The teacher delivers educational programs and facilitates learning, enabling students to achieve their desired outcomes.

This position is casual and has a pay rate of $84.69 per hour. For full details about the position please review the?Position Description and Information Pack.

**ABOUT YOU**
To succeed in the role, you are passionate about sharing your knowledge and industry experience to ensure that your students are set up for success. You have demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and build relationships with stakeholders including colleagues, industry, and students. You are self-driven and disciplined individual, who can manage high workloads and competing demands within a dynamic and flexible work environment.

To be successful in this role you must:

- Hold the minimum vocational qualification of a Certificate III in Agriculture or equivalent
- Hold the TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, or the TAE40110 qualification with the required additional upgrade units, or higher-level qualification in adult education.
- Have a minimum of three to five years relevant post-qualification experience with current knowledge of the agricultural industry
- Demonstrated organisational and administrative skills applicable to an educational setting?
