Conveyancer

Balwyn Legal is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Conveyancer to join our team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- preparation and review of legal documentation related to property transactions
- conducting due diligence and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation
- managing client relationships and providing advice on property law matters
- negotiating and resolving disputes related to property transactions
- liaising with relevant stakeholders, including government agencies and banks
- ensuring efficient and accurate management of transactions from start to finish

Qualifications and skills:

- minimum of 2 years of experience in conveyancing
- Strong knowledge of Victorian property law and conveyancing procedures
- excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team
