**What you can expect to do**:

- Provide outstanding buying administration assistance and support to the Buyer/Category Manager
- Monitor and maintain product spreadsheets
- Build strong relationships with key suppliers, guests and internal stakeholders
- Assist the Category Manager with monitoring sales data and stock levels
- Join a fast-paced digital v-commerce retail environment

**What we need from you**:

- A proven track record of strong administration experience is required to be successful in this role
- Experience in retail as a proactive buying assistant would be a benefit
- Ability to work in a very fast-paced environment and hit the ground running
- Must be able to demonstrated proficiency in excel (intermediate) and data entry
- Outstanding Communication skills - internal and external
- Highly organised, with a flexible ‘Can Do’ attitude
- Detail oriented and driven to meet deadlines
- A great team player
- A hunger for learning
