The Defence School of Signals (DFSS) is a unit in the Australian Army responsible for the delivery of Signals training to the Australian Defence Force and other elements of the Australian Department of Defence.

As part of this work experience placement, participants may be exposed military equipment and vehicles, participant in physical training, team building and leadership activities, visit the Royal Australian Signals Museum and be briefed on different job roles.

**Participants may experience some of the following activities**:

- Drill
- Simulator activities
- Physical training
- Tour of School of music
- Team building and leadership activities
- Various demonstrations and practical activities
