**About Us**:
We are a dynamic and growing fine dining restaurant known for our exceptional service and culinary experiences. We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Venue Manager to lead our team and ensure smooth daily operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
- Manage staff performance, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
- Coordinate with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure seamless service.
- Monitor inventory, ordering, and stock levels to meet business needs.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
- Manage budgets, P&L, and costs, striving to maximize profitability.
- Lead by example in delivering excellent customer service and addressing guest concerns.
- Develop and execute marketing initiatives to boost foot traffic and sales.
- Collaborate with the management team to implement improvements and new ideas.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or Venue Manager, preferably in a fine dining setting.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house management.
- Proficiency in POS systems and inventory management software.
- A passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Pay: $59,346.96 - $98,278.40 per year

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Every weekend
- Rotating roster

Work Authorisation:
