Kelly Club is closely aligned with Kelly Sports. Kelly Sports has been providing a range of curricular and extracurricular sporting programs for children in Australia since 1994.

**The Role**

We have a fantastic permanent part time opportunity for an OSHC Assistant Coordinator in Craigieburn, Victoria. The successful applicant will assist the Coordinator to manage our Before School and After School Care Programs, delivering a remarkable service to support families and children.

The essential purpose of this role is to support the delivery of a fun and interesting program. This will be achieved by providing an inclusive and supportive environment where children are safe, engaged and well supervised.

This is a permanent part time position for approximately 29 hours per week.

**You will**:

- Develop, plan and implement a stimulating, educational child care program
- Maintain a child safe environment for all children
- Assist children in routine tasks
- Manage and develop your team
- Communicate effectively with staff, families and children
- Complete general administrative tasks
- Perform other duties as required

**Skills and Experience**
- Diploma / Bachelors qualified within Childhood or Education studies or other ACECQA recognised qualification, working towards a qualification or the willingness to undertake.
- Valid Working with Children Check
- Current First Aid HLTAID004, CPR, Anaphylaxis Management and Asthma Management training
- Current child protection training and strong knowledge of child safe standards
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong knowledge of National Regulations
- Good understanding of My Time Our Place learning framework

You are available to work between 6.45am - 8.45am and 2.30pm - 6pm, Monday to Friday with paid additional hours for administrative tasks.

**About You**

You are passionate about working with children and want to pursue your career by continuing your growth in the Education sector.

You are qualified, or currently undertaking a relevant qualification, and have a minimum of 1 year of experience, in a similar role and/or previous experience working with school aged children.

Most importantly, you are personable, enthusiastic, driven, ambitious, communicative and above all have the natural ability to engage with people from all walks of life.

You will demonstrate an ability to deliver a safe, caring and engaging program for primary aged boys and girls, motivating them to join in and have fun.
