This position is being offered on a full-time, permanent basis.
**Key Tasks & Duties**:
- Source and select premium-quality meats from trusted suppliers, ensuring all products meet the restaurant’s quality and safety standards.
- Inspect all incoming meat deliveries for freshness, quality, and compliance with health regulations.
- Cut, trim, and portion meats to the specific requirements of Korean barbecue dishes, ensuring consistency in size and thickness.
- Prepare specialty cuts such as galbi (short ribs), bulgogi, and samgyeopsal (three-layered pork belly) to meet menu specifications.
- Maintain accurate inventory of meat supplies, ensuring optimal stock levels to meet business demands.
- Monitor expiration dates and ensure proper rotation to minimize waste.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to the highest standards of hygiene.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar position.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong attention to detail.
- Relevant vocational certificates and food safety certifications.
