Childcare Trainee

We are currently seeking Trainee Educator who are passionate about early childhood education and care.

If you would like to start pursuing your career in Childcare sector, trainee positions are also available, where you can work full-time and study for Certificate III qualification at the same time. (**Temporary visa holders are not eligible for Traineeship**.)

**Responsibilities**:

- Create a warm, welcoming, and secure environment for children
- Develop and implement age-appropriate educational programs and activities
- Observe and monitor children's growth, behavior, and development
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan and evaluate curriculum
- Foster positive relationships with children, families, and staff
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies
- Maintain accurate documentation and records

**Requirements**:

- Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Positive attitude and genuine passion for working with children
