**About the role**

We are looking for an **Impact Manager** who is passionate about philanthropy and social impact to join our global growth team.

As our **Impact Manager** you will manage the day-to-day coordination of our public ancillary fund, the Be BlueRock Foundation, with a focus on building awareness and driving staff and community engagement to ultimately increase our corpus and drive community impact. You will also play a key role in leading and managing a range of firm-wide initiatives, from B-Corp recertification and carbon neutral projects to charity partnerships, boosting staff salary sacrifice participation and overall engagement. You will have the opportunity to make a significant impact by implementing strategies that align with our social and environmental goals.

**About the team**

You'll be joining our global growth team. Our purpose is to improve processes so our teams can get back to the important stuff, supporting our clients. We are passionate about empowering the broader BlueRock community with tech-driven operating efficiencies.

**What you'll be doing**

As our lead in the CSR space, your day to day will include but is not limited to:

- Developing and maintain partnerships with charities, manage grants and fundraising activities, and see first-hand the difference we can make in the lives of others
- Planning and executing fundraising or charity events, bringing our team together to create a positive impact in our local and global communities
- Leading the Be BlueRock Foundation Charitable Task Force, guiding and collaborating with other teams to drive impactful change across the BlueRock community
- Preparing reports on our progress towards our social and environmental goals, and present to the Foundation board to showcase our impact
- Organising and overseeing pro bono and volunteer work, providing our staff with the opportunity to use their skills and expertise to give back to those in need
- Work closely with our marketing team to develop and implement a marketing strategy which will drive engagement with the Foundation and our impact initiatives, including a social media strategy and writing blog posts

**Requirements**:
We want to hear from people who have:

- A minimum of 3-5 years in a foundation or similar role
- Experience in leading corporate fundraising or charity events
- Exposure to B-Corp re-certification and carbon neutral projects
