**About The Role**:
The Courseware Partner drives courseware performance across BKI's Education Centres. The role provides specialist support to teaching areas to improve existing courseware through digitisation, increased engagement and interactivity.

**We are excited about you because you have**:

- Relevant degree qualification in education and/or learning related discipline, or relevant experience within a vocational education setting.
- Proven experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or educational content management.
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and content authoring tools.
- Knowledge of instructional design theories and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and committed to maintaining high-quality educational materials.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing technologies and educational trends.
