Are you passionate about enhancing health services for country communities? We are seeking a dedicated Quality Risk and Safety (QRS) Coordinator to play a vital role in developing and implementing strategies that ensure the health needs of our community are met. In this position, you'll collaborate with key stakeholders, drive projects across various health units, and contribute to a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

As our QRS Coordinator, you will be responsible for preparing comprehensive reports based on system reviews, providing critical insights into quality and safety metrics. You will work closely with managers, analysing non-compliance issues and recommending corrective actions, all while promoting risk minimisation and enhanced consumer service. Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and deliver quality, risk, and patient safety initiatives across health service units.
- Analyse and report on non-compliance issues, facilitating corrective actions.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve quality improvement objectives.
- Prepare detailed reports and briefings, ensuring effective communication of findings.

**Essential Criteria**
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Proven experience in report preparation and project management.
- Ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion and confidentiality.
- Strong analytical skills with a knack for developing innovative solutions.
