**THE OPPORTUNITY**

We are currently seeking to fulfill a new role at Sands with and enthusiastic Junior HR Administrator. Reporting to the Human Resources Advisor, the primary purpose is to assist the HR team in maintaining record, track and manage all administrative procedures and processes relating to the day-to-day operation of the Human Resources Department. **Key accountabilities and responsibilities will include, but not be limited to**:

- Assisting with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties,, record keeping, recording meeting notes
- Assisting in the preparation of Contracts of Employment
- Coordinating and preparing employee termination and exit paperwork.
- Provide assistance with Administrative, Reporting and other HR functions as required.
- Assisting Employees with enquiries related to the companies HRIS (UKG) system.
- Manage and update employee records whin Personnel Files and the HRIS (UKG) system.
- Committed to maintaining a high level of confidentiality in handling sensitive HR information.
- Provide training to site on HR policies and procedures.
- Assisting with the implementation of HR processes/tools for use across the business to improve.
- Helping with the coordination of injury management and return to work plans.

**Knowledge and experience required for the job**:

- Min 12mths Human Resources experience
- Experience & Exposure within transport & Logistics advantageous
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Outlook, Word & Excel (Essential).
- UKG workforce ready (KRONOS) experience (advantageous).
- WA Drivers Licence (Essential)
- Australian Work Rights (Essential)

- Ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team.
