About the Role:
Our Client is seeking expressions of interest from skilled and experienced Belt Splicers for ongoing FIFO shutdown work and local assignments in Perth, WA. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a leading company on a variety of projects, ensuring the maintenance and repair of conveyor belts and related systems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform belt splicing, repairs, and maintenance on conveyor systems.
- Conduct inspections and troubleshooting of conveyor belts.
- Operate and maintain splicing equipment and tools.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols.
- Work collaboratively with other team members and trades.

Essential Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Belt Splicer in an industrial setting.
- Strong understanding of conveyor belt systems and splicing techniques.
- Ability to work safely and follow safety guidelines.
- Flexibility to work on a FIFO roster and undertake local assignments as needed.
- Physical fitness and the ability to perform manual tasks.

Desirable Qualifications:

- Relevant trade or technical certifications in belt splicing.
- Current white card and other relevant safety certifications.
- Experience in mining, construction, or industrial environments.
