**The Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Prepare and produce high-quality cakes, pastries, and desserts, maintaining the brand's standards of excellence.
- Develop and implement creative ideas for new pastry items and seasonal menus.
- Ensure precision in portioning, mixing, and baking to achieve consistent quality.
- Decorate and present desserts with attention to detail and creativity.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.
- Collaborate with the team to meet production schedules and special event demands.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a pastrycook, with a passion for creating innovative and high-quality desserts.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
- Excellent time-management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and early mornings as needed.
Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
**Experience**:
- Pastry chef: 1 year (preferred)
