We are seeking an experienced Dental or Medical Receptionist for this highly regarded specialist practice in Chatswood

The practice has two specialists and a support staff of five. You will enjoy a state-of-the-art workplace that is fully computerised and offers a supportive work environment. You will be working alongside a team that has been working together on a long-term basis and provides a friendly atmosphere.

The position is full time on a 9-day fortnight basis

The role:

- Appointment scheduling
- Patient accounts
- Organising Hospital lists
- Patient coordination -consults, operating lists, scans, results, follow-up
- Face to Face patient liaison - conveying information to prepare patients for surgery
- Letters and reports - organising reports to referring practitioners
- Experienced receptionist - minimum 2 years’ experience
- High level Admin
- Good communicator
- Mature minded, well presented
- Intermediate computer skills
