**The Opportunity**:
Due to growth of our business we have an exciting opportunity for an End User Support Technician to join our IT Service Delivery Team.

**Roster**: Monday to Friday

**Role Located**: Welshpool

**Your Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**:

- Strong customer service skills
- ITIL Foundation Certificate (either v2 or v3)
- At least 3 years’ experience in desktop support in an organisation with a Standard Operating Environment with more than 500 seats
- Knowledge with Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP), Office365, OneDrive and Microsoft InTune
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems (Windows 7 and later)
- Good working knowledge of client management platforms such as Microsoft Systems Centre Configuration Manager
- Experience in working with Microsoft Group Policies
- Experience with Microsoft Office365 platforms
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Strong technical problem solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work effectively under time constraints
