**Responsibilities**:

- Process vendor invoices accurately and efficiently.
- Reconcile vendor statements, investigating and resolving discrepancies.
- Communicate effectively with internal departments and external suppliers to address inquiries and resolve issues.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Assist in month-end closing activities related to accounts payable.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records of invoices, payments, and related documentation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

**Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience as an Accounts Payable Officer or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts payable or a related role.
- Strong demonstrated experience in a property or corporate real estate environment or at a senior level in a similarly complex industry in an Accounts Payable role.
- Proven ability in working within an integrated services and property model delivering a Property Management, Facilities Management, Project Management and Financial Management Services. MRI Experience is desirable.
