**Position objective**

The objective of this position is to provide support to the Financial Advisory Team in Mazars Brisbane with a reporting line into the FA Partner.. Support to service lines includes:

- Handling information requests, and performing administrative functions such as preparing correspondence, arranging meetings and calls, and scheduling meetings.
- The EA will also look to assist the CSA team one day a week with reception duties.

Attention to detail, strong communicator, and the ability to work well under pressure are key behavioural requirements to be successful in the position. Core duties & responsibilities

**FA Team support**
- Make travel arrangements and prepare travel itineraries for FA Partner and team;
- Scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments with clients and other stakeholders.
- Maintaining confidential client files and records.
- Assisting with FA partner with credit card invoice monthly.
- Assisting with the preparation of proposals and presentations.
- Acting as a liaison between the financial advisor and clients.
- Assisting with ad hoc projects as needed.

**CSA Team Support**
- CSA Team support where time permits including handling overflow work and front reception work.

**Qualifications**
- Demonstrated experience as an Executive Assistant.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information discreetly and professionally
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
- Experience in managing a complex calendar, arranging travel, and handling expenses
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work outside of normal business hours as needed
- A bachelor's degree in a related field, or relevant work experience in administrative support.
