Marketing Specialist

_**SHINY NSW**_ is a leading company for uniforms/promotional clothing distribution and decoration services. We are now seeking a talented **Marketing Specialist** join our dynamic team. With your expertise, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our brand identity, executing strategic marketing campaigns, and propelling our company towards even greater success.

**What you’ll be doing?**

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Developing ideas for marketing campaigns and pricing strategies that align with the company’s overall business objectives
- Conduct marketing research on related markets at national level to identify competitor strategies and improve our product or service offerings
- Identifying new market opportunities through marketing research
- Helping to develop marketing materials, including brochures, social media post etc.
- Work with the sales department to plan and execute promotional strategies and campaigns
- Analyzing and reporting on the data and performance of marketing campaigns
- Adjusting marketing strategies based on analytics and feedback from marketing campaigns
- Managing customer relationship

**Skills and Experiences**
- Completion of Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Have a strong understanding of marketing and business processes
- Strong execution ability, with excellent communication and coordination skills, and team cooperation awareness

**What we offer you?**

The annual salary is $65,000-$80,000 (based on experience), plus all statutory welfares.
