I'm sure you've seen many other videographer/photographer posts on this platform...

I know, I've been there - it kind of sucks. You want to create amazing content, for the coolest clients but it's all stacking up. Invoices, marketing, low balling prices - plenty of headaches.

My name is Nate and I've been a videographer for many years now. My next season in life is about crafting an environment that builds creatives up and serves clients worldwide. It's more like a creative studio - we make premium content for brands. Content that makes you go "wow"...

We've just moved into a cool office in Pymble NSW. (it's right on the train line)

You will be the first creative. I see you as a pioneer, coming along for the ride to create a rich culture, a madd vibe, and content that makes people go "who is doing this?"

My mission for Vanden Media is culture first. People number 1. Clients come second. We must fill our cups before we can fill theirs. I see a future of a growing team, a sick office atmosphere, ping pong table, barista coffee, and eventually a cinema for our own in house screenings.

I'm not going to list 400 "must haves" like using adobe premier pro blah blah blah - I know you can.

All I care about is sheer dedication to the relentless pursuit of excellence. To always ask - "how can we level this up?"

The nitty gritty will be shooting and editing videos for brands. We will pivot over time, there will be real estate, corporate, and events. But I promise to provide you with opportunities every month to shoot something out of the ordinary. I will personally organise and fund spec commercials for your favourite brands once a month.

Vanden Media is a creative incubator - here you will grow, learn, work fkn hard, and have a hell of a good time doing it.

**Salary**: $55,625.71 - $90,000.00 per year
