**Role Summary**:
We are a well-established John Deere dealership with a growing branch network who are looking for a dynamic Financial Accountant to manage the integration of a newly acquired business into our existing systems.

Our Financial Rockstar will lead our financial initiatives with creativity, precision, and a touch of pizzazz.

**Key Areas of Responsibility**:
Conduct financial analyses that resonate with strategic goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to harmonize financial processes.
Transform financial challenges into opportunities for growth.
Showcase your financial prowess through presentations and strategic planning.
Lead key projects with new system implementation and Legal Entity simplification.

Qualified Accountant (preferably CA or CPA) with a strong understanding of Australian accounting standards
Proven experience as a financial wizard with a track record of success.
Strong analytical skills and a flair for creative problem-solving.
Excellent communication skills to captivate both financial and non-financial audiences.
Ability to lead and inspire a financial team to achieve greatness.
A passion for staying ahead of financial trends and innovations.
A background or love for Agriculture is not essential but will always help
