**Responsibilities**:

- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair a wide range of mobile phone issues.
- Conducting repairs on a variety of mobile devices including phones, iPads, and Tablets
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction with every interaction.
- Stay up to date with the latest mobile technology trends and advancements.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs and inventory.
- Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and best practices.
- Assist customers with technical queries and educate them on device usage and maintenance.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Mobile Phone Technician in Australia.
- Strong knowledge of mobile phone hardware (quality of LCD’s, digitisers and parts) and software.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Outstanding customer service skills and communication abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Certification in mobile phone repair or a related field is a plus if you have experience of 1 year working in same industry locally.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $30.00 - $37.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift

Supplementary Pay:

- Performance bonus
